Tea Cozy, My Way by Trixie Peacock

After completing these two Libby Sturdy canvases – one by a class, one on my own, I wondered what I would do with them? Soon I knew they would make a great tea cozy, my way! That is, to have the opening at the top, the sides open for the spout and handle. The bottom is insulated, not only to keep the tea hot, but to allow me to set it down on a bare wood surface! I did not change any stitches or colors that Libby chose for the teapot houses, except, I left out “steam” coming out of the spout.
