Rodriguez The Rooster by Toni Gerdes

This was such a fun bold canvas that I thought it should be stitched with fun stitches and fun color. I worked on this piece for several years and used as many stitches and as many threads as the artist used many colors and shapes.

I began to feel this rooster was my friend and so he was named with an appropriate name for such a grand rooster - Rodriquez! He will have a grand spot on a wall in my home.
