A Nashville Tapestry by Marlene G. Doak

This piece, "Tapestry IV" was designed by Marnie Ritter and taught at the 2005 Nashville ANG Seminar. I modified five tapestry design areas to fit the shape of a guitar. In class I made a template of a guitar by adapting the shape of the seminar theme pin. When the composite stitch for an area was explained, I stitched it inside a guitar shape. The attached mementos were collected from key chains, purchased in the Nashville area.
