2005 Exemplary Ribbon Winners

One less than a hundred! That is how many entries we had in the judged portion of The Exemplary this year. While the quantity of pieces increased by 29%, the quality was as high as always and continues to underscore our commitment to keep this exhibit as closely aligned and allied to the art world as possible. The mission of NAN and The Exemplary has always been to teach and promote embroidery as an "Art" form. Judging from comments made, these pieces have proven to be a catalyst for those who came to view the exhibit!

We thank everyone for sharing their work with us this year and look forward to receiving more next year!

Patricia M. Tector, Exemplary Administrator, 2005
