Important Notice

The first trees in our 2002-2003 Free Pattern Series (Summer Trees) specified an oval area 4 inches high and 3 inches wide. You will notice that the Fall Seasonal Trees are smaller (3" x 2"). The fall trees and subsequent tree designs are presented as EITHER ornaments or brooches, hence the smaller size.

If you want to complete all four seasons of the trees and uniformly sized ornaments, simply use the larger line drawing. Both the canvas and surface embroidery renditions of the fall tree are applicable to the larger size - simply stitch more stitches.

Be sure to access the General Instructions, which have been updated, and the Finishing Instructions which include directions for completion as either an ornament or a brooch.
